1. Q: What is the payment way you can accept?

    A: L/C, TT, Western Union, Credit Card etc.

2. Q: What’s the Lead time for your products?

    A: Usually 2-3 working days for headend, 2-4wks for STB or other user end products.

3. Q: What delivery way you adopt?

    A: Usually we suggest sample or small order by express or air, big order or big size goods by sea. We cooperate with many express companies (DHL , UPS, FedEx, EMS etc.) and famous global carriers with high discount for freight.

4. Q: How can we do if we meet problem on installing or configuring products ?

    A: Please contact our sales person about the problem, he or she will forward the problem to our after sales team, and then our engineers will do remote assistance for you.

5. Q: What can I do if I am not satisfied with one sales person’s job?

    A: Please send e-mail to sales@colable.com or send feedback on website.

6. Q: If I need the goods urgently, is it possible to send my goods ahead of others? 

   A: Yes, but please send e-mail to sales@colable.com to express your emergency state.

7. Q: Can I have one product special made for me?

  A: Please send your special requirements to our sales person for check firstly. If the answer is positive, please prepare longer time for goods delivery.

8. Q: How can I get my goods on time if they meet your long time holiday, such as Chinese National Day or the Spring Festival?

  A: As the 2 holidays are very important for us and each will last 7 days or more, please arrange your PO in advance .
